01 General Provisions

599bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 599bat and all its users.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold under any circumstances.

• Use a strong and unique password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public device or network.

If any loss occurs due to unauthorized access to an account, and it is established that the user did not follow security guidelines, 599bat will not be held liable for that loss.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits to the 599bat platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed or if a special review is ongoing on the account.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit (exceptions may apply).
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• 599bat may hold withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

599bat strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. Additional information or documentation may be requested for large transactions. Suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 will give the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳37,500 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date.
• Taking advantage of bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.
• 599bat reserves the right to close accounts found to be abusing bonus promotions.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier (from 0.2% to 1.2% for Bronze through Diamond).
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are for gaming use only.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• If there is any doubt about the outcome of a game, 599bat reserves the right to investigate and may hold payment while the investigation is ongoing.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

599bat believes in fair play. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 599bat completely rejects any form of manipulation or rigging in game operations.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time, that bet will be considered void.
• The official result will be considered final for all outcomes.
• If attempts are made to place multiple bets on the same match to guarantee a win, those bets will be cancelled.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 599bat platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Abusing bonus promotions (bonus hunting, arbitraging).
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Playing using computer bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct towards or threatening platform staff.
• Taking unfair advantage through technical errors.
• Making transactions using a third party's payment account.

08 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Account Closure by 599bat

599bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence is found of registration using false information.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms

599bat reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

For significant changes, 599bat will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. However, continued use of the platform after a change, even without having received notice of it, will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
